Honeycomb Corn Muffin with Jalapeno-Farmer’s Cheese Filling

4 Fresh Baked Corn Muffins
4 oz Farmer’s Cheese, crumbled
2 oz Cream Cheese, softened
1 each Jalapeno-seeded, chopped
½ tsp Orange Zest
4 each Pass the Honey Honeycomb pieces
-Scoop the center out of a fresh corn muffin.
-Mix the crumbled Farmer cheese, cream cheese, jalapeno, and orange zest together.
-Put equal amount of the cheese mixture in the center of corn muffin.
-Place in 350-degree oven for 3-4 minutes or until cheese starts to melt.
-Place a piece of honeycomb on each muffin, return to oven and bake an additional 1-2 minutes or until honeycomb just starts to melt.
