Returns

We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee*! Order with confidence and if for any reason you are not satisfied just return the unused honeycombs in their original box within 30 days of purchase and we will refund your purchase. Satisfaction guarantee payment (“Refund”) is defined as the actual cost of the items after promotions, sales and/or coupons and before tax, excluding shipping and handling, maximum payment up to $100. One rebate per person, family, or address. Right is reserved to confirm identity. Requests from groups, clubs or organizations will not be honored or acknowledged. Proof of purchase is required. Valid for first-time customers only. We offer our first-time customers a satisfaction guarantee on their first order placed with us. Any follow up purchase of products after your first purchase is not covered by the guarantee. Your second purchase is a clear and final indication that you accept the product(s) as-is. If within 30 days of receiving your product you are not satisfied for any reason, you must return all unused honeycomb cups, and original box, for a full refund of your original purchase price less shipping and handling charges. Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Promotions
We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or revoke promotional offers at anytime.

Copyright
All of the content that appears on the Site, including all visuals, text, audio and video clips are subject to copyright protections and/or other intellectual property rights or licenses held by Pass The Honey (“Content”). We either own or have a license to all such Content.

International Orders
Customers who access and use the passthehoney.com website from outside the United States are responsible for complying with their local laws and regulations. When you place an order and select a shipping address outside of the United Sates you or your designated consignee are the Importer of Record and as such are authorizing Pass The Honey to import the goods to your destination country on your behalf. Furthermore, you agree that Pass The Honey may delegate the obligation to import the goods on your behalf to a subcontractor (e.g. customs broker). You or your designated consignee as Importer of Record are responsible to pay the applicable duties & taxes and any other import fees to your local customs authorities.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted (typically 7 - 10 business days). If you’ve still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@passthehoney.com.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Return Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 111 C. Street, Encinitas, CA 92024, United States

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
